• 1.1 The Company offers a curated directory that assists individuals in Hong Kong in discovering hairstylists by browsing their publicly available Meta Platform work. The Company also provides features allowing Users to save hairstyles to their profiles, generate AI hairstyle previews, and submit interest requests to be forwarded to relevant stylists (hereinafter singly or collectively referred to as the “Services”).
• 1.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, including without limitation by removing, adding, or modifying any portion of the Channels at any time without prior notice.
• 1.3 Except as expressly specified in these Terms and Conditions, the Company is not a party to any actual transaction, booking, or agreement between Users and any hairstylists discovered through the Channels.

• 2.1 The hairstylists featured in the Company’s directory are curated and added by the Company’s team based on their publicly available work on Meta Platforms. The Company does not require hairstylists to opt in prior to being listed.
• 2.2 Each directory listing links directly to the original Meta Platform post, ensuring the respective hairstylist remains the source of truth and retains ownership of their own work.
• 2.3 If a User is a hairstylist and wishes to have their listing removed from the Channels, or wishes to claim and customize their profile, they may submit a request by emailing the Company at goodlooks.hongkong@gmail.com. The Company will process such removal or claim requests promptly.

• 3.1 Users acknowledge and agree that submitting an interest request through the Channels does not constitute a confirmed appointment or booking.
• 3.2 The Company acts solely as an intermediary to manually forward the User’s contact information and submitted message to the relevant hairstylist (typically via Instagram Direct Message or WhatsApp).
• 3.3 The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding whether or how the hairstylist will respond. Any subsequent communications, pricing, availability, and service agreements are determined strictly and directly between the User and the hairstylist. The Company shall bear no liability for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such interactions.

• 4.1 The AI previewer available at the Channels (e.g., /ai-hairstyle) generates a digital representation of the User wearing a selected hairstyle. Users acknowledge that the result is strictly an AI-generated approximation and does not represent a guaranteed outcome of any real-life hair service.
• 4.2 By using the AI previewer, Users warrant and agree to the following:

• (a) Users shall not upload images (including selfies) of any other individuals without obtaining their express prior consent.
• (b) Users are subject to a per-account generation cap (currently set at 3 generations) to ensure the fair use and free availability of the Service for all Users. The Company reserves the right to adjust this cap at any time.
• (c) Generated images and uploaded media are stored in the User’s account. The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to remove any images or suspend access to the AI previewer if a User is found to be misusing the Service.

• 5.1 Users are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
• 5.2 Users are strictly responsible for any content they submit, upload, or post to the Channels, including but not limited to selfies, target images, and interest messages (hereinafter referred to as "Materials").
• 5.3 Users shall not use the Channels to upload, post, or transmit any Materials that are illegal, infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

• 6.1 Users are prohibited from interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to compromise the security, servers, or network of the Channels.
• 6.2 Users shall not use any robot, spider, automatic device, or manual process to monitor, scrape, or copy the Channels or any content contained therein without the Company's prior written consent.

• 7.1 THE CHANNELS AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY DOES ITS BEST TO KEEP THE SITE OPERATIONAL BUT MAKES NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE UPTIME, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE CHANNELS.
• 7.2 The Company does not warrant that the Channels will operate error-free or that the servers are free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms.

• 8.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY HONG KONG LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH (i) A USER’S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CHANNELS OR SERVICES; (ii) ANY AI-GENERATED APPROXIMATIONS; OR (iii) ANY INTERACTION, TRANSACTION, OR DISPUTE WITH HAIRSTYLISTS DISCOVERED THROUGH THE CHANNELS.
• 8.2 Without prejudice to the above and subject to applicable laws, the aggregate liability of the Company to any User for all claims arising from their use of the Services shall be strictly limited.

All Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising from or resulting from their use of the Channels, their uploaded Materials, or their breach of any term of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to the use of the Channels shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
