This User Data Deletion page outlines the procedures by which users (“Data Subjects” or “Users”) of Good Looks Limited (the “Company”) may request the erasure of their Personal Data. This policy supplements the Company's Privacy Policy and operates in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“PDPO”). For comprehensive details regarding the collection, use, and processing of the Users' Personal Data, please refer to the Company's Privacy Policy.

To exercise the right to erasure, the User must submit a formal request via email to goodlooks.hongkong@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

To facilitate the processing of the request, the User should include the following information:

• The email address associated with the User's account, or the relevant third-party authentication identifier used during registration.
• The scope of the request: The User must specify whether the request is for the complete deletion of the User’s account and all associated Personal Data, or the deletion of specific data sets (e.g., a particular AI hairstyle generation, a saved hairstyle, or a submitted interest/booking request).

Processing Timeline: The Company will acknowledge receipt of the request within five (5) business days. Upon verifying the User’s identity, the Company will process and complete the deletion request within thirty (30) days.

Upon receiving a request for full account deletion, the Company will permanently erase the following Personal Data from the Company’s active databases:

• The User’s account credentials and records (including Supabase Auth user data);
• The User’s profile information (including display name and avatar URL);
• All hairstyles saved and favorited by the User;
• All data related to AI hairstyle generations created by the User (including uploaded selfies, target images, and generated results);
• All interest or booking requests submitted by the User; and
• Session cookies and cached login states.

In accordance with the PDPO, the Company will not retain Personal Data longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which the data is or is to be used. However, the Company reserves the right to retain certain limited information post-deletion strictly where required by applicable laws, for the prevention of fraud, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Furthermore, the Company may retain aggregated, anonymized data for analytical purposes (e.g., the total volume of AI generations processed in a given month). Such data is fully de-identified and cannot be reverse-engineered to identify any individual Data Subject.

If the User is a hairstylist whose public Meta Platform portfolio is featured in the Company's directory and the User wishes to have the listing removed, the User should email the Company at goodlooks.hongkong@gmail.com with the subject line "Directory Removal Request", including the User’s Meta Platform username. The Company will process the removal of the directory listing within thirty (30) days.

Certain hairstyle images displayed on the Company's platform are served via the Meta Platform’s official Application Programming Interface (API) and embed mechanisms, which remain under the exclusive control of Meta Platforms, Inc. If a User deletes the original post on the Meta Platform, the embedded content on the Platform will automatically reflect this removal. Any cached thumbnail images stored on the Company's proprietary servers will be permanently purged within thirty (30) days of either the original post's deletion on the Meta Platform or the receipt of a direct removal request.
